CAROLS ON THE QUAY / RNLI

A big shout out to Maisie and her team at The Beach pub in Exmouth for their ongoing fundraising. In the words of the RNLI:

“We are blessed in Exmouth with many great supporters of our lifesaving charity work, however one lady really stands out for her ongoing commitment to raising money and she’s done it again! The incredible Maisie Dawson and her team at The Beach pub pulled off another brilliant ‘Carols on the Quay’ evening (despite some dodgy earlier weather) and hundreds of people gathered around the pub and marina to sing Christmas carols and have a generally great evening. The total is still being added up, but well over £2000 was raised for RNLI’s lifesaving work. This event is one of the many things that makes Exmouth such a special place to live and we are very grateful to Maisie and her team for their ongoing support. In small recognition for this support Maisie was awarded a letter of thanks last night from the RNLI – thank you Maisie!”
