Heavitree Brewery owns over 50 pubs concentrated mainly in the Exeter and South Devon area. They are run by tenants under tenancy agreements or leases.

Heavitree Brewery prides itself on developing long-term relationships with its operators, with some pubs being run by second and third generation publicans from the same family.
