Recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard the Church House Inn is a family friendly pub located in beautiful countryside in Devon’s glorious South Hams, only a mile from Slapton Sands and the ever-popular Start Bay.
In addition to high-quality bed and breakfast accommodation and a private car park the Church House Inn boasts a spacious bar/lounge and a lovely garden (the only pub garden in the local area) complete with its own bar which serves mouth-watering BBQ food and delicious pizzas in addition to a wide range of drinks. The garden’s 80 covers supplement 60 internal covers giving a potential total of 140 covers.
The Church House Inn is currently run under management as a ‘second’ pub, however due to personal circumstances our current operators now wish to focus all of their resources and energy on their ‘original’ pub which they have operated under a Heavitree tenancy for 20+ years. Applications are sought from a food-driven operator who will live and breath the Church House; whilst there is currently no private accommodation on site the first floor can be reconfigured to include a small private flat.
